The objective of the People and Organisation Workstream is to support the staff of the four institutions in transitioning to the new organisation.
Responsibilities include the development of an integrated human resources function, design of new organisational structures, mapping and agreement of terms and conditions and support of the Central Negotiations Committee (CNC).
